Securing Your Reservation Your reserved time at The PureTime is dedicated entirely to your relaxation. To secure your appointment, a valid credit card on file is required. We understand that unforeseen schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling (48 hours is greatly appreciated). Late Cancellations & No-Shows Because our services are reserved exclusively for you, providing sufficient notice allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests on our waitlist. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or in the event of a "no-show," a fee equal to 30% of your booked service value will be charged to the card on file.
